These Terms of Service explain the basic rules for using RigDr. By using RigDr, submitting a request, applying as a mechanic, or accessing the admin dashboard, you agree to these terms.
Use of RigDr
RigDr provides a web-based request, mechanic application, and dispatch management experience for mobile truck repair needs.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting a service request, applying as a mechanic, or using the admin dashboard.
You may not use RigDr to submit false requests, impersonate another person or business, interfere with the app, or attempt to access information you are not authorized to view.
Service requests
Submitting a service request does not guarantee that a mechanic will be available, assigned, arrive by a specific time, or complete a repair.
RigDr may review request details, contact the customer, and share relevant request information with a mechanic or service provider for dispatch purposes.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate truck location, problem details, contact information, and emergency status.
Emergency situations
RigDr is not a replacement for emergency services. If there is a life-threatening emergency, immediate danger, fire, accident, hazardous spill, or unsafe roadside condition, call 911 or the appropriate emergency authority first.
Emergency availability listed or requested through RigDr does not guarantee immediate response, roadside safety assistance, towing, law enforcement support, or arrival within a specific timeframe.
Mechanics and service providers
Mechanics who apply to or are listed in RigDr may be independent providers unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.
RigDr may review mechanic applications, approve or reject applicants, update directory information, and remove mechanics from the directory at its discretion.
Mechanics are responsible for their own licensing, insurance, tools, safety practices, pricing, taxes, workmanship, and compliance with applicable laws.
Pricing and payment
Any hourly rates, notes, estimates, or service details shown in RigDr are for coordination purposes and may not represent a final price.
Final pricing, payment terms, warranties, and repair authorization should be confirmed directly between the customer and the mechanic or service provider unless RigDr provides a separate written agreement.
Admin access
Admin dashboard access is restricted to authorized RigDr administrators.
Admins are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for using customer and mechanic information only for legitimate RigDr business purposes.
No professional or safety guarantee
RigDr is provided as a coordination tool. RigDr does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, availability, or outcome of services performed by any mechanic or provider.
Customers and mechanics should use good judgment, follow roadside safety practices, and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, RigDr is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses related to delays, unavailable mechanics, incomplete repairs, vehicle damage, business interruption, lost revenue, or third-party conduct.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply in all cases.
Changes to these terms
RigDr may update these Terms of Service as the product, business, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date.
