RigDr Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 8, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how RigDr collects, uses, and protects information submitted through the RigDr website and app experience.

Information we collect

When customers submit a service request, RigDr may collect name, phone number, email address, company name, truck location, truck type, problem description, preferred service time, and emergency status.

When mechanics apply to join the RigDr network, RigDr may collect name, business name, phone number, email address, city, state, service radius, specialties, truck types serviced, emergency availability, hourly rate, experience, insurance or licensing notes, and application notes.

When an administrator logs in, RigDr uses account information needed to authenticate the admin and protect the dashboard.

How we use information

We use customer request information to review the request, coordinate dispatch, assign a mechanic, communicate about the job, and keep request records organized.

We use mechanic application information to review applicants, build the mechanic directory, assign work where appropriate, and communicate about opportunities.

We may use submitted information to improve RigDr operations, troubleshoot issues, prevent misuse, and maintain accurate business records.

How information is shared

Customer request details may be shared with RigDr administrators and, when a job is assigned, with the mechanic or service provider who may respond to the request.

Mechanic application and directory details may be viewed by RigDr administrators and used for dispatch decisions.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help operate the app, such as hosting, database, authentication, and related technology providers.

Cookies and tracking

RigDr may use necessary technologies for basic site operation, security, admin login, and app functionality.

RigDr does not currently use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party ad tracking. If that changes, this policy should be updated and additional notice may be added where required.

Data storage and security

RigDr is hosted using third-party cloud services, including Vercel for the web app and Supabase for database and authentication services.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect submitted information, but no website, app, or online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices

You may request that RigDr review, update, or delete information you submitted, subject to legitimate business, security, legal, or recordkeeping needs.

You can choose not to submit a request or application, but RigDr may not be able to provide dispatch review or mechanic onboarding without the required information.

Children’s privacy

RigDr is intended for adults, drivers, fleet operators, mechanics, and business users. It is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Updates to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as RigDr grows or as legal, technical, or business needs change. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date.
